Visions of Christmas trees decked out in lights
Never fail to put a smile on my face
Carols that were sung, stockings that were hung
These memories time can never erase

Like a jigsaw puzzle of emotions
Each moment plays a special role
Recollections intertwine, pieced together in our mind
And locked forever in the depths of our soul

But the dearest of yesterday's treasures
Melt my heart like a church bells ring
It's those fragrances in time, honeysuckles on a vine
And the sweet scent of Lilacs in the Spring
