"Hey kid, what'll it be?"
"Make me a hoagie?"
"Yeah, what kind?"
"Ham, pepperoni, provolone."
"Lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar to boot?"
"Huh? Yeah, okay."
"And?"
"And? That'll be all."
"Alrighty pal. Five-ninety-five, only for you."
