Earth awakens with a gentle sigh
Green shoots bud in emergent arise
Flowers showoff their colorful hues
Soft breezes tiptoe through morning dew

The sun seeks its zenith, birds take wing
Rivers melting, rippling song of spring
Nature's melody, fresh, ever true

The icy winter storms now have fled
Wildflowers wave their burgeoning heads
Life renewed, winter - adieu, adieu
