Dawning sun

Dawning sun ...

I love the early morning
when dawn's new sun arrives.
The dew will catch the sunlight
as life the sun revives

The heralds hail the sunrise
this feathered choral blend.
They praise the source of mercy,
hope's melody they tend.

I hear the hallowed laughter
as winds embrace the trees.
They raise their boughs to Heaven,
leaves flutter in the breeze.

God's mercy spreads its blanket,
as nature lifts its eyes.
The birth of morning's glowing.
in union Heaven sighs.
