Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
Picture This Club

But For a While . . .

The violin sang out its tune
as we two danced beneath the moon.
I knew when bow and strings made song,
‘twas you I’d waited for so long.
 
I’d longed for love these many years,
and in that time, shed many tears
believing I would never find
someone so loving and so kind.
 
Now I’ve awakened from my dreams.
The melody no longer streams.
By my own heart, I’ve been deceived,
but for a moment, I believed.
