For me it was between "I Love a Pick-a-nick" and "Anticipation" those two were my favorites, beside my own. Lol. They were light hearted and painted a beautiful picture of the gathering of family that is soon to become a reality. I chose "I Love a Pick-a-nick" because it put a smile on my face that extended ear to ear and the picture brought out the child in me.
This entry stood out both in tone and quality. To me, the best prompt poems are always those who take the prompts outside of the expected imagery.
