PS) I also grew up taking immunity shots which were widely accepted. My father had polio...we stopped shots over the years and now it is coming back.
On the other hand, I do sympathize with the question whether the tri shots (MMR?) could be too much for infants. So many hard to answer stories of the raging epidemic of autism must be looked at. it's not a simple subject and I do myself believe there is some credence to the fear of this particular shot. I heard recently that they have been giving the shots individually. I don't know, but would hope so, if for no other reason than to be more careful and on a safer side.
