Thought I would come and support. This, for me, is a tie between this poem and 'My Grumpy Day Got Ruined'
They both would appeal to a child, school or home. I have to chose one, this has the longevity as it is easily repeated and needs no image to portray its value. Something they would remember long after sleeping time. Shame I couldn't vote for two.I don't know who the both authors are, but Jolly well done, and good luck. The win should come from one of two, as a child's poem.
Best wishes. RGstar
There are some really cute ones here and it was a hard choice. Tossup for me between this and Grumpy Day. Some others were in close competition, too..
There were only two poems in the group that really were children poems. The only reason I chose this one over the other one is because I liked this one a little more.
Dark but fun.
To me, the only one that came close to meeting the requirements of the contest.
