Monique lives in New Zealand with her husband, two teens and one very lazy but irresistible cat.
Raised on a horticultural lifestyle block, adjacent to beach/ bush reserve North of Auckland, Monique has always enjoyed interacting with nature.
Previous employment has included class room teaching, special-needs assistance, tourism, customer services and sales/ marketing. As an aside to her writing, she is business administrator for a family earth-moving business.
In her spare time, Monique enjoys gardening, singing, photography, family bike rides, walks and swimming.
