TKField: My mother passed away last Wednesday peacefully, in her sleep due to complications from AML (acute Myloid Leukemia) at the age of 88. She was quite a complicated person, not easily summed up ( who is?). Anyway there was a great piece in the Dallas Morning News about her, I thought I'd share with all my fellow FanStorians. "Mom, it's white!" said her exasperated son, to whom she replied, "You don't understand -- the wrong shade of white can ruin your life!" That's a line of poetic brilliancy. - | ||

TKField: Thanks to everyone who voted for "The Antique Gods Retirement Home". It tied for first with a poem that had the word "Bethinks" in it. |

TKField: I want to thank everyone who voted for "Invisible Soup" in the faith acrostic prompt. Also, a big shout-out to Jesus and His Daddy. Without their craaazy book, this poem would not have been possible. |
