LateBloomer: Quote of the day ...
"Two things define you: Your patience when you have nothing and your attitude when you have everything." ― George Bernard Shaw
    damommy: Absolutely! -
Houston DeBerry: Thank you for the feedback! I went back and addressed the typos. I also noticed that I didn?t follow the directions. I submitted the entire poem, instead of just 5 lines. Oops! -

shows up too ~ Isabel Allende"

"I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful
of the night. ~ Sarah Williams "

LateBloomer: It may feel like winter, but the air smells like spring. Ahh...an early Spring would be nice.
flylikeaneagle: People are running to the grocery store with word of more snow and wind. Yes, may be a blizzard and then more snow. The lion of March is roaring. I know there will be spring soon. The sun is shining brighter here in Minnesota. flylikeaneagle - nancy -

LateBloomer: Happy New Year and thank you to all Fanstorians for all your kind words and thoughts throughout the year.

?Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.? ?William Arthur Ward
    mountainwriter49: Hello Friend,

I'm just now seeing this in my FS mailbox. It's been a while since I've been here.

I hope you're well. Things are going OK here. Fresh out of paraesophageal surgery at Duke. Successful.

I'm working with Ann Brixey and some others on a Japanese short form book of poetry. Also working to get 50 of my best sonnets published.

    how is your writing going?

    griffin0909@mindspring.com

    Take care, my friend.
    ARay -

LateBloomer: Thought of the day ...

"The quill is not a feather duster." LateBloomer

... So write, write, write,
and let the dust begin to grow.

LateBloomer: While my muse is off somewhere being amused, I'll leave you this quote:

"The lunatic, the lover, and the poet, are of imagination all compact."
― William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night's Dream

And so ... when my muse returns, will a lunatic, lover, or poet appear? My next writing shall tell.
Lovinia: I'm a lunatic, lover and poet .... will I do? LOL
I guess NOT what you're looking for?

The sippy straw and chocolates will appear for sure ... with or without your muse. Perhaps mine is away with yours?
Huge hugs - Lovi xoxo -
Dean Kuch: I think I saw your muse playing with my muse out behind the barn, Bloomer.
That doesn't bode well for your muse, I'm afraid.
    Heh-heh-heh... photo devil1_zpsfp86f2ia.gif -
country ranch writer: look out Dean will lead your muse astray -

At the suggestion of others, I began to write, and I'm now trying to learn what others see in me.

My writing is raw and comes from my heart. It reflects daily life. I am a keen observer of people and sometimes I know them better then they know themselves. So beware, I may be writing about you at this very moment.

FanStory is my happy place. I enjoy reading poetry that is open to interpretation. I particularly like romance poetry or any writing that is based on truth and/or the hills and valleys of life.

Till we meet in print ... I'll be waiting for you. LateBloomer
