Fantastic description that gives a great sensory experience of what nature feels like when it rains.
The word "saturates" may work better than saturate.

It was gorgeous. The most amazing imagery and visuals; you paint a vivid picture in a reader's mind. Your artistic presentation and artwork deserve a prize - it's fabulous!
My only comment is - this is supposed to be a Haiku - and a Haiku is comprised of two grammatically interconnected lines of concrete imagery, and a Satori (a moment of insight in the third line. Your whole haiku sounds like one line. I think, you should clearly separate the satori in the third line from lines one and two - making it stand on its own.
A very easy fix:
rains saturate earth
penetrating depths within ~
new life created
