Your poem is truly beautiful. "I've become invisible-a pane in your way". There are many of us who can identify with these words. I loved every word. Congratulations.

Thank you so much. I'm pleased this poem's meaning was accessible to you. I know what you mean - a lot of poetry is not very straightforward to understand.

This poem, Windows of the Soul, finds the coming of understanding between two people who are no longer looking for the same things in life.

This is an easy to read, easy to understand poem entry for the Sad Poems contest. Losing a relationship is heart breaking. It should do well. I wish you the best of luck!

When two persons has a common project in life and, unfortunately, one "leaves" this World, the one that remains on this side, feel not only sadness but impotence to communicate, among other also-important feelings. Your poetry reflects that lack of communication that disconnects parts, making it hard to face. Limitations are covered by different other feelings, which help to go on...

Yes an interesting reflection on love as it begins to ebb away 'a pane in your way'- a difficult moment to capture and portray -the final two lines are especially effective

I really like the picture you chose here. Your writing is powerful and very sad. It is a good entry for the contest. I love your references to the eyes-blinking, looking etc. especially the first line, "Who will blink first?"

A very well-written poem about the sadness when a couple seem to live each other dearly but when they are together they seem to be miserable and cannot have a good time together.
