This nature 5-7-5, Autumn Wind, has the right set up and puts the wind in the position of the aggressor, as the struggling trees are stripped of what they have left.

The wind is also knocking all those not-yet-fallen acorns down. Sone people talk of hailstone dents in their car. I have acorn dents. There is no place to park that doesn't have acorn trees up above. I also had the coolest experience. I wqs pulling up weeds and I began pulling up the tens of oak sprigs. I grabbed four in my hand. I was the funniest experience. I pulled up the handful of oaks saplings and at the bottom of each was a complete acorn. I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Neither have I. Something to consider writing about. Thanks for your read and review. So, I guess it's true, "From little acorns big oak trees grow."

Nude branches are definitely a sign of winter approaching... nice use of 'leaving'. The oak tree will be feeling the chill of that gusty autumn wind. I like your colour scheme and illustration also.

This Nature 5/7/5 poem tells a romantic story about autumn that gusts of autumn winds stripped your oak tree's branches and left it naked; I like and have enjoyed the read; well said, well done; thanks for sharing this. ALCREATOR
