I believe in the death penalty for anyone who harms a child like this. Very well done and current with what is happening these days. They are finding a lot of kids that have been trafficked. I wonder what kind of person you have to be to do that.
The writing is great.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and your wonderful encouragement. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. You'd have to your wires crossed that's for sure. A short circuit in the brain. I'm so glad they are finding these kids. I just hope they're able to get the help, the support they need.
Thank you again for all your help, support, encouragement, and friendship. It always means the world to me, take care.

The fact that this kind of thing exists at all makes me sick. Why are these people able to justify their behavior? You have written a good introductory chapter for your Book. It is well developed and an ease to read.

Thank you for reading my story and your compliments. It's disheartening for sure seeing poor children being treated this way. Some reviewers have mention public castration but I believe even that is to kind.
Thank you again for reading my chapter. It's always greatly appreciated, take care.

Looks like someone has already started finding the pervs and cleaning things up on their own. I would just work slowly and hope they erased the numbers for us all. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for such a fantastic review. The cops might be better off if they stay one step behind. It'd make things easier on them if they did lol.

Thank you so much for such a kind review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. This is going to be two stories in one. The survivor's story and the investigation. I want to entertain, yet educate, raise awareness, get rid of some of the false myths.
Thank you again for all your help, support, and friendship. It always means so much to me, take care.

Hello Mistydawn.
This is something that is happening and it is certainly associate with illegal immigration. A raid was completed in Atlanta over the weekend and 40 girls were rescued. Vigilantism is going on in the country because the governors and mayors are not stopping the violence in their streets.

I had no idea something similar was about to happen when I wrote this. And for it to take place in the same area my story is set, what a coincidence, a little spooky too. I'm so glad they were able to save forty girls.
Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for bringing this to my attention. I'm thinking maybe saying something about Operation Not Forgotten at the end. Give it the acknowledgment it deserves.

You're welcome.

I like vigilantes that do that. If they torture the pervs to death, even better! None of them deserve to be treated humainly, and none should be given human rights, because they aren't human! This is a wonderful start to this book, Misty, I'm going to enjoy (if that's the right word) reading how you solve this. Well done, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. You're right, they do deserve to be tortured to death. Die a slow, merciless death. Unfortunately, it's illegal in the real world, but in my fictional world, those sick pervs better watch out.

This is a most gripping writing from beginning to end. Your imagination is deep and rich and you have a way with words. Great story!

This is brilliant. You have drawn the reader in because there are several plots and mysteries. There was a bit of a forshadowing of what was going on. But of course you've left some important clues out of the backstory. we'll be looking for more backstory to put at least on more piece of the puzzle on the table. Are you using Grammarly? It looks like you might be. Grammarly seems to love hyphens. "His coffee-colored hair...olive-toned skin...almond-shaped eyes." I'm getting so I know when to put them in.

Thank you again for such an encouraging review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. You'll be reading about the child throughout the story. I'm hoping to make her seem so real that the readers connect, feel her pain, sorrow, her hardships. Maybe then people will open their eyes, see the signs around them speak up.
I am using Grammarly. I'll go back and check the words. Thanks for the heads up.

Goose bumps about the little girl. What I was saying about using Grammarly is I knew you are using it. It shows because your work ois so cleaned up. Isn't it a wonderful program? I feel spoiled using it. I have Thesaurus.com tabbed and Grammarly as my steady companions. Keep up the great work.

It is great. I go back and forth between thesaurus and word hippo. Word Hippo breaks the list down according to the definition which saves time in reading.

I'm unfamiliar with word hippo. Is that an app?

It's a webpage like Thesaurus

I'd like to publicly castrate anyone who traffics children. These sub-humans need to be exposed for what they are. What's scary about this story is the fact that things like this happen too much.
'An exhausted group of firefighters is doing their best...' is should be are.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for catching my mistake. Darn Grammarly did it to me again. Suggested I changed something when I was right.
This is scary, unfortunately it happens all the time. I agree something needs to be done.

Loved your vivid descriptions of the setting and characters. The almond shaped eyes, etc... When you take the time, the pay off to the reader's attention is there. Love the style with the words and how you insert mannerism in your dialogue to help see it and engage with it. Ex. "The man scratching his stubbles," etc... And then the storyline...a real grabber!
