I can see why you won the contest. This is a fun read. It is well written with no errors and the illustration pairs perfectly. I like the way you brought it back to the present from your "time out." Nicely done.

Wow! Some flash story! It mixes a delightful fantasy of the knights of the round table, King Arthur, knight Lancelot and his horse, and your obvious love for Nature and walks in the damp woods. I greatly enjoyed the read.

I really enjoyed this fantasy trip to Camelot. You set the scene beautifully in the forest, focusing on aromas before drawing our attention to the fancy chair. I can easily see myself tripping over a root, bumping my head, and having a dream like this. Rod

This account is fun. At first the reader is feeling peaceful enjoying the lovely scenery. Then you take us on a literary historic adventure. We're right along, experience the fantasy. Then finally we are plunked onto the ground to be twisted yet again. It was all from a concusion. I am voting for this.

Yes indeed - an interesting interlude in the forest among beings from a different dimension - who knows what may reside there - nicely encased in the walk in the forest and who knows where the lines of reality and illusion blur ?

A gripping story. I admired the natural descriptions. I wondered where it was going with Sir Lancelot and the Round Table. It was a bit disappointing when it turned out to be a dream.

This is definitely my favorite flash fiction for a while. I would love to give you a six stars but can't now. I love the first paragraph. I also hiked a lot in the woods and understand what you mean in the following sentence:
"sweet aroma emanating from the just sprinkled foliage envelopes my senses."
What a nice visit to the Camelot!
