Wow, what a state to be in. I found this poem to be insightful. I never considered the reasons, and there are many, why people stay together even when it is clear the should separate. Very cute poem. Veenbee

It's difficult to cram a whole story into just 50 words and have it make sense. You did a good job with that. You have a beginning, middle, and end. You created interest and made the reader want to continue to read and learn what happens next. When there is such a short word limit, you must make every word count, and you did just that. One spag in the last line. The word 'matters' needs to be singular because 'cats' is plural. It's a crazy grammar rule and drives people nuts. Nice work with this. Good luck in the contest.

It's difficult to cram a whole story into just 50 words and have it make sense. You did a good job with that. You have a beginning, middle, and end. You created interest and made the reader want to continue to read and learn what happens next. When there is such a short word limit, you must make every word count, and you did just that.
