Your poem speaks volumes with just a few words. Our character can be shaped by our knowledge and experiences. These, in turn, help to develop our virtues. You expressed this sentiment quite well. Your words provide insight into the building blocks of morality.

Your selected artwork fits with your short syllable entry.
I wonder if there is noun-verb dislocation with 'foster'
There are different interpretations in my reading if 'foster' is a singular imperative. If so, them it gets capitalized and a period follows 'character.' Alternatives might be:
Knowledge
weaveS character, fosterS
virtues.
Knowledge
weaved character, fosterED
virtues.
Regardless, I like your poem idea.

Hello Mark, I appreciate your constructive comments; you see, English is not my mother tongue, so I am prone to make such errors; I thank you for the corrections.

An important theme. Morals...integrety, honesty, respect and high ethics. Oh, and all so engraved in everybody's mind, and at the same time today so often neglected and forgotten. It is such a shame that today the monster "Money" seems to have taken the first place. Usurped as a moral, but in reality a false worm has found its way to make us think that wealth is the most important goal in life.
This 2-6-2 made me think.

In five words, you got so much in it. In five words, you created something with deep meaning. If only the world could read this...
Great poem, great picture to match, great in general!
Thank you for sharing this piece.
