"Angel of Ireland ~ The Twins" is amusing and a story full of surprise. Of course, Cal's fall will fill any reader with fright. Your solution was a wonder. The photo of twins was irresistible. Well done.

Wow. This gave me chills! You took my last six! And...it was based on a real event! I love this story! End of story, pun intended, please write more of real-life stories. I admire you, sweet Sally, for creating them:)

Six hugs to you,
Tina

I like the non-sense fiction twisted beyond any recognition of real life with a few laughs. But, there is nothing I like better than touching true-to-life stories with a meaning, and so well written. Thanks for sharing! I wish I had a six.

"Kissing death daily, the twins roamed the green slopes, cliffs, open fields, and beautiful forests of their native Ireland" This is a great line!

Tyler said, "we have never been apart and we aren't about to start now." That is the kind of briather a lad needs!

Enjoyed!!!

Amazing how the right 'people' are always there at the right time, isn't it? Or, maybe it really isn't... just is. :) ;) :) A lovely story that gives the reader those little bit of 'chills' that reminds us that we are not alone... ;) Thanx for sharing, Beautiful Lady! ;) Yvette :)

Hello Sally, What can I say? You have written such a brilliant story, inspired by an accident your grandson had - when out with his twin brother.
Your story is truly inspirational and includes a wise message. 'Lessons are sometimes learned the hard way'. 'more grown up by twenty minutes-- a fact that irritated the younger to no end.' That little item made me smile. You really are a very fine writer and this is a worthy 6. Love Dorothy xx

Fabulous! Wow, what an amazing story, very touching, giving so much glory to God for putting that fine, compassionate and conscientious doctor a/k/a angel, exactly in the right place, at the right time! God's eye is on the sparrow, and on rambunctious boys, too. I love your other video, too -- "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother" -- I've loved that song for a long time. Those two were thicker than thieves (excuse the comparison, please).
Beautiful story, Sal, very well told -- now are the boys the sons of your son or your daughter? I know that question is a little delicate, but I had to ask. I have a feeling that the "Parson" in the story is your son.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful story of love, loyalty and divine providence.

Dear Mary Kay, Thank you for the outstanding review and star blast!! This means so much to me. Thanks for coming back and taking the time to review this.

Don't you just love that song? I couldn't decide between the two, so I uploaded both. I'm glad I did.

I have three sons. Caleb and Tyler are the many children of my married middle son. He is a pastor, or Parson, and his beautiful wife is like a daughter to me... she even looks like me. My son is very studious and is very applied to the word, his family, and congregation. All my grandsons were in a 5k fundraiser last year for Foundation Fighting Blindness. Caleb finished first and Tyler second in their age group. Joshua, my oldest, finished 5th in his older group. Sophia ran with mommy a little bit then went with Daddy to get her face painted. Fun was had by all. We were amazed to see the strength returned to Caleb's leg. It brought tears to our eyes!!! Thanks again for the lovely review and many kindnesses.

Sally, does your Parson son live in Ireland, or is that part of the story fictional? I just love hearing about your beautiful family, God bless all of you! What a beautiful story -- by participating in that race, they were all expressing their love for you!
Yes, the songs are great, and I really enjoyed your story. Love, Mary Kay xoxo

No, he lives two hours from me in Florida. We just visited a few weeks ago for my birthday. It was very sweet and celebrative. No races, but tons of fun. All my grandson love to write and ask me to read their latest story and offer critique. They are all homeschooled, thank God. My daughter-in-law is the art teacher for the co-op learning days twice a week. :)

It's great that you had such a wonderful visit together -- hopefully it was before your illness and injury, while you were able to enjoy it. It was very creative, how you took the scene for your true story and set it in Ireland. Very colorful!
Yes, it's a handy time to have home schooling in place. It's no wonder they turn to you for literary coaching! It's not hard to see that you're proud of your grandchildren. May God bless you all and keep you safe. And I hope you're feeling better these days?
    Love, Mary Kay xoxo

What a sweet and inspiring story fill with intrigue, suspense, and love, Sally. I was engaged from start to finish to find out the ending. That ending was great. I love the inspiration you received from your grandsons. Your lines flow smoothly with great detail as to setting and dialogue. I could see everything as I read this. The videos are perfect--esp 'He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother.'
Thanks for sharing.
Respectfully, Jan

Children often want to push themselves further so that they can impress their friends, without realising they are putting themselves in danger. It was a good thing the doctor was there when he was. That's why I believe that there is always someone looking out for us. An enjoyable piece of writing, Sally.

What a lovely sort of true story, Sis. Can't wait for the Double Blind story to return as well. Great storytelling and not a spag anywhere to be found. Keep up the good work.
