When I read your stories you make me smile. I think you have some humor but I also think you are saying it like it is.....frankly, I am glad that I am perhaps reading this a few months later because things are getting better in our world with the cornoavirus saga.

First, I think the slightly off kilter language is perfect. It makes the point of view more authentic and adds a delightful twist to some of the comments. Love "benevolent consent". Can't think of a better way to say that, but I doubt a native speaker of the language would think to do so; at least I wouldn't. Adds a nice lemony tartness to the cupcake. Fun and funny. Thanks for posting. RH

" where the government is asking nicely for your cooperation " Not so politely in some of our states. And its amazing that "protests" don't spread the virus but socially distanced church services and funerals do?
But you're right. If we don't keep our sense of humor ....
Stay safe!

A very well-written true story about beingredients bullied and forced to do things that are against our nature to be free to do what we want and not checked on like we are teenagers.

Yes. The Covid19 made it very hard for people to cheat on their spouses. I don't think it will be a valid campaign slogan. It is a crazy time and it is good to write it done.
Well done.

This is a comical look at the virus.
Noticed a few typos:
15th para. Coronella brought on social media fake advice and news. If my grandmother will be (were) alive, she will be (would be) an expert too.
16th para: Now they want us to wear not a detecting device not (delete not) on our ankle, but a bloody app on our "smarties" that will tell everybody in our vicinity when we are sick.

I think this is a very interesting essay on this issue of privacy which all these tracking apps will destroy. I am against all these things too, That's why I still don't have a cellphone and pay with cash whenever I can. Why does somebody have to know every time I buy a cup of coffee or groceries or get a new part for my lawnmower? Personally, I don't think its right that these internet companies collect all this data and sell it to third party marketers. Why shouldn't we get a cut? After all, its my information! estory

People out of work drinking and "weeding". (LMAO this is soooo adorable. As a full time working stoner/father/writer though, I can tell you that there are literally 1000 better terms if you just search on Urban Dictionary XD Weeding is something you do in the garden; 'toking', 'blazing', it's 2020 you could even say 'dabbing' which is something the kids do these days lol)
Increase in number in fake Nostradamus(') scaring us with the end of the world.
If my grandmother will be alive, she will be an expert too. (If my grandmother were alive, she'd be an expert too.)
China came up with the next great thing: an app that is tracking every move and that lets the vigilante(s) and the police know that you went rogue, because you need(ed) to get out of the house and buy some groceries.
People in China are following blindly whatever the government impose(s).
(please wear a mask, please keep social distancing, even the messages on the buses start with a please)
My friend sent me their app that apparently lets other people know that you are coming, so either of you can clear the way. The app works for smart phones, so you, iPhone'Rs, are screwed(I don't know what this means, iPhones are smart phones?). All I must do is sign up. And I will ...not!
I read the description so I did not ding you on the edits, good work on the story and thanks for sharing. Later daze :)
