This is a very clever entry for the "One word" contest. You expressed some interesting thoughts in phrases that rhymed well. The picture is a good addition. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your unambiguous review. This one was fun to write. I could have made it much longer, but seemed about right. Glad you liked it.

I like you word, don't use it too often but I still like it. I just wrote a poem about idiosyncrasies. First I had to look it up to see how to spell it. But it is one of my favorite words and I love the meaning. We all have them, like my husband won't eat leftovers, I think he is crazy but that is his idiosyncrasy. I won't go up on ladder past the 4th step. I refuse to clean out the gutters, well that's just common sense. Anyway I bet you have some too.

Idiosyncrasies? Me? My wife tries to accuse me of it often, but always stops at the root word, "idiot". Thanks for your nice review. I saw your entry early today as I was checking to see my word was not already covered. As the father of three daughters, young girls with pretty smiles are a favorite of mine. I'll get to that review after dinner here in Texas. Great to meet you, share some poetry and some notes. Regards, Reese

Pleasure to have met you today! Thanks for your great review! Be sure to tell Vermont hello from my Massachusetts wife and me. We've enjoyed our Fall visits to Vermont so much, especially having lived our 43 years in Texas. We met in New York City. We married. We'd both been drinking. One final thing: When my mother's dementia reached the point we had to take her car, she talked constantly about her plans to buy a new car. One day, I asked her, "what kind of car do you want to buy?" She quickly answered,"A red one!" God Bless

Ambiguous causes to scratch the head (causes one)

It's a fun piece but also apt that you chose the word ambiguous as this is how I feel about the rhythm of the piece, but it fits the subject matter here. Good work and good luck in the contest. Later daze.

I like this truthful and partly humorous writing about the word "ambiguous." It is a weapon used against peace and peoples healthy relationships and carries over throughout the whole country and the election process. Bill

Ah, we are indeed in the season of ambiguity, are we not. On the other hand, having been in elected office once, I could make a case that many people only hear what they want to hear. At the bottom line, we are humans. Thanks for the nice review.
