Lovely addition to the Renga. The idea of mountains as transmission towers of prayer requests to God is thought-provoking and invigorating. Love the green for growth, and nature.
Well done!

I love the metaphor and the medley of S sounds in the first two lines complemented, contrapuntally, by the R and L sounds/ Well done! Great closing AHA too. Lovely presentation.

Such lovely imagery of these majestic mountains being sentinels watching over us - pointing the way to where the Hearer of prayers resides. Encouraging us to look up for direction.

A very well-written 5-7-5 in addition to the Renga multi-author book. The magnetic sentinels emphasize our smallness in the universe. We may be the most intelligent but we lack majestically awesomeness.

Roy, beautiful photo and poem. Your poem is a unique way of describing intercessors of prayer. Majestic mountain tops, reaching upward to the sky inspiring prayer also.
Excellent message in just a few words.
Blessings,
Cindy

I like the mountains as "Masts of transmitting requests." So thankful for all the angels, too - who are those "sentinels" who help us transmit our requests as does the Holy Spirit! Thanks so much for adding this poem!
