Wow Iza, the word 'pass' sounds a little off. I am trying to catch up on your stories about the coronavirus or Coronella (which you call beer). I have to ask you what this beverage tastes like? Do they sell this in the U.S.?

This was a fun, humorous short piece. In this day and age there are certainly substitutes for nearly everything in the world, so good work on this piece and thanks for sharing. Later daze.

Hello Iza.
I was very amused by many of your musings in this story.
I don't pay attention to vegan stuff. I'm not too sure about soy steaks.
We grow a lot of soybeans here, but I don't want to have them with steak sauce. ð???
Clever story.

Iza,
I hope you are right, and this is over soon.
I like this chapter best. You offered interesting
similarities with Communist Romania and present
United States.
Your humor has its place in your story. Very
clever writing.
Peace,
Richie b

Not a bad list of substitutes, Iza. You seem to have covered the gamut for the necessities alright
Just curious....Who is "she" in this sentence?
"She is chasing and choosing from our crowd-based on the hide-and-seek principal."
Bless you, : ) Bob

What I liked about this was your dead pan sarcastic sense of humor. That sense of making do, which you had to learn under Ceausescu in Romania. Improvising on the wing. My favorite line was spending time with the neighbor's kids; then you will find yours...angels! The grass always seems greener on the other side of the septic tank...until you get there yourself. estory

(Typos: Cornelia s/b Coronella; omit hyphen between crowd-based or spaces on both sides if you intend a dash, though I think a dash is unnecessary; principal s/b principle; my dears one s/b my dear ones.) Delightful humor conveys wise advice--I'm with you on rebellion--I've been defiantly unconfined from the start. Cheers. LIZ

Thanks for the laughs. I can just imagine pounding on the keyboard trying to kill a virtual Coronavirus. I like your way of putting things into perspective and helping us to be thankful! Last night, I cooked the Impossible beef and it was surprisingly very good.
please no panic! (don't panic)

Lol. Oh well. I decided salmon is okay but I tried to do meatless other than fish. Let's see how long we can last.

This is a very intriguing story with a very clever and profound message. Is "My dears one..." Supposed to be My dear ones? Despite that question we think that this is a truly entertaining read. Have a wonderful day.

This is a different read, and very positive at the same time. I like the name Coronella as well, like the name of a large fat lady...No offense intended...After reading this work I don't feel too bad of staying home alone.

Yup I think Coronella is funnier than saying Covid-19, it's like they are expecting a Covid-20
