You have written a beautiful poem for the Rondel challenge.
I love rainbows and the meaning behind them . A beautiful poem that brings a child's envisions of the rainbow alive for your readers.

I think children have a lot more imagination than adults. I can remember how excited I used to get when I was young whenever I had a new idea for a game or a story. A well written piece, I enjoyed reading it. Good luck in the contest!

Sweet conveyance, liking the sway given throughout the course read, finding many delighting tab bits pleasing, captivating views for readers. All stated in my opinion.

Aww, this is so lovely, poet, and speaks for anyone with happy memories of childhood (and most of us do)! I loved it all, but most especially that first line (repeated) -- the 'promise' of youth!

I love this poem because it could be taken two ways. It could be taken at face value, talking about the beautiful rainbows we remember as children, or it can be taken metaphorically, looking back of the joys of childhood, which as we grow older always have a rainbow-like quality. Gorgeous poem, great image. Good luck in the contest!

Oh, the colors of a child's rainbow that turn different hues everytime their life takes on more that he understands and learns. By the time we're grown, our rainbows look much different.
Good luck with the contest!

Hello anon, this is a lovely Rondel on such a true subject. What would we do without memories? Your poem is well written and a joy to read, and like many readers, I can identify with the content. Good display and a lovely picture. Good Luck in the contest. Regards Dorothy

What a lovely poem! And you are so right: our memories create our writing of today. Favorite line:
Dreams of today will find breath tomorrow
Wow!
I didn't see any errors or need for correction or change. Great job.
Best of luck in the contest and many blessings,
Deb

This is truly a poetic gem of parallels of childhood rainbow dreams
and fascinations echoed in a Poet's penned pleasures of those sweet
gentle years! Poets pen here dips in and out of the joyous hues of
youth's flawless hues and tones like a ever curious butterfly.
Inevitable dimmnes and fading shades and shadows of agings
drift and glows, yet in ever cherished memories and subtly sweet
resurrections finds them refreshed and radiant through the Poets
pen's visions and deightful revelries. Pic is perfect for theme too!
Presented most profoundly and heigtened inspirations in this
rondeau style poem entry. Best of luck! Thanks for sharing!
