A very nice poem.
It reminds me of being at my Italian grandpa's house, before a meal we would get bread, cheese, and wine as an appetizer. I like the red color of your poem; it gives the photo a passionate touch. Excellent poem that meats the syllable requirements.

Oh, this poem certainly evokes relaxing vibes...*smile* I'm not crazy about jazz, but I could get into the rest of it easily. I hope this did well in the contest -- it deserves to, IMO.

This sounds like a perfect way to relax - any day of the week. The image of a hi fi playing jazz instead of a phone or tablet is most refreshing! With the world around us slowly losing focus, I think some wine and cheese will help me maintain my focus...

Ah, Sunday Funday is just about everyday for my husband and me in our retirement, but we mix up the music. We actually met at a wine and cheese party so everyday is a sentimental journey. It's just now noon and I am already relishing my past and present through your poem!
