Love this! What a cute child! And that smile. Woo-Who---wait about 14 years. The pose is precious, the lighting terrific, I might have preferred a different background, but this is mighty cute, reminds me of clouds. Good luck with the contest.

Cute! Yes this shows the "self-confidenc" you speak of. Definitely some are born with it and it clings to then throughout their entire life. One wonders at the significance this has? Some use it well, yet others fail.

This is a silly senryu about pride and being full of yourself. The baby's pose does look like that is what he is thinking and hopefully he'll be taken off his own pedestal soon.
