This is such a cute poem. I love crunchy peanut butter too and I've been know to stick a finger in. You poem is humorous and well rhymed and I think it will do well in the contest.

I know this was about peanut butter but you described it so well, my mind went elsewhere, but that wouldn't have been allowed in this contest. This funny, and creamy. A very good Ode and entry.

I share your great love for peanut butter. I try to rein in my desire for it by trying to eat it in moderation. I like it on a spoon, on bread, a banana, on my finger, and so many other ways. I like what you've presented here and enjoyed reading this delicious and well written work. Well done!

Love this ode! Yes, PB is a phenomenon. I loved the rhythm, and the allusions were spot on. Who knew lowly Peanut butter could inspire such lofty praise? Good work! Good luck with the contest.

OK, I guess it's--I'm looking for an excuse to say it's odious--but it's not. It's too good for that. It does lack the high seriousness of most odes. Guess I could say your addiction is serious....Good job and good luck.

When I was a kid, I would make a peanut butter, banana, jam, and lettuce sandwich. ha ha
