I love the ending. It brought a great smile for me and hopefully, the readers will be relieved as was I. The beginning sets the reader to be on the edge of their seat. This is well orchestrated. I am voting for this one.

An interesting take on the prompt. Your dialogue is crisp and to the point. Funny line about being superglued to the man she's about to marry. I can visualize the entire wedding party going down the aisle without shoes.

This is cute story. I hope the dresses didn't drag the ground too much. I can't imagine everyone being barefoot, but I guess that would work better that hobbling down the aisle with a broken heel.

Smiles to you Author, of how you ended the humorous, talk about the broken cheap wedding shoes. I wish the very best to you in contest prompt 'What Happened?'
I'm glad that I didn't break the heel off my wedding shoe

This is a cute story entry for the What Happened? writing prompt. A barefoot bride! ha ha. I think it should do well in the contest. Best of luck!

I enjoyed this story; I kind of hope it's true. You handled the dialog well -- It came across spontaneous and natural. I've known worse bridezillas.

Ah, there's solution to every problem. People have been getting married barefoot for centuries. Nice use of dialogue. Very concise and readable. I wish you the best of luck at the polls.
Peace, Lee
