This is the flower that has won many a lad the favor of a lass. It's a successful tried and true remedy. Words need not even be spoken. The lovely rose presents itself well without any words needed. I like what you've presented here and enjoyed reading this well written work. Well done!

Very nicely done. Flowers can be the way to a womans heart, but I think it's more the thought behind them than the flower itself. It certainly caught my attention when my future husband got me carnations. Good luck to you in the contest.

I thought this was one of the better compositions on the site today. Nice job with the form, I liked the way the flow moved into those longer lines especially. A great sense of flowers opening. And you had two contrasting images here; the red rose for passion, and the white orchid for purity. estory
