This was a wonderful poem and I hope a lot of folks read it and I am sure it will go well for the contest. I found a couple of places you might want to fix. to read a fav'(r)ite book.

This is a highly commended effort deserving of a six
It is unpretentious with short verses summing up a revisit to childhood with all the sweet, innocent thoughts and memories of her grandparents and the part they played in her life. The rhythm and rhyme scheme ae not exact, but it doesn't detract from the piece at all. A charming read. Well written with a reminder that most mental problems can be countered with a dip into the years of childhood and its peace. Well done cheers Cass
favorite book. there is room within the rhyme scheme to use this word fully without abbreviating it

Wow! That is high praise. It really appreciate the review. I enjoyed remembering all the things I enjoyed growing up. It's hard to win those contest where the committee does the voting.
