One could almost be forgiven for declaring God to be the biggest racist of them all, because he made us all different. I long for the day when skin colour is treated like eye and hair colour, just that, a different hue!
I know that some of the site contest judges will disqualify this on the grounds of format. They like to see a free line between paragraphs in prose work. That would be a shame here spoiling the ship for a halfpenny worth of tar or rather an extra touch on the carriage return at the end of a paragraph.

Hmm, interesting as that is how I had it, but when I cpoiesd it to the site, the editor removed the lines. So I thought nothing of it. Easy fix. Ill go fix it now. Thanks for the warning.

This is a very touching true story, especially in these times of chaos about color, status, human dignity. I wrote also about God creating nature in many different colors. I can't image a sky in only one color.

Thank you Joan. That is always how I looked at diversity. Not just black and white, but colorful bouquet.

A very well-written true story about diversity in the workplace as well as in the world. You had a great idea of diversity. I was also involved in a diversity project at my workplace when the banks in South Africa started tp employ all races, we were concentrating on the differences and were taught to respect each other's traditions and we need to learn each other's languages even if it was just to greet and a basic conversation.

How creative you were with this new plan for diversity. What a shame your company was looking for something else. I agree what white people are all lumped in together in one category. It's a shame we're put in a category at all. Diversity is what makes life interesting. We should celebrate it instead of making it an issue of hatred.
