Very emotionally charged. In a way the blue resembled a blue flame. It burned with hurt, sadness, anger, determination and power at the end. The rhyme worked well with story.

First of all from the accompanying picture to the black and blue color scheme this is an impeccable presentation. The rhyming is flawless and there's a very consistent syllable count which allows the poem to flow effortlessly. This is a very solid entry.

Well said. You've described a terrific breakup. Not just a breakup, but because of a friend. That's the most hurtful kind and put into words the pain and anger caused by such betrayal. The last stanza put an exclamation mark on it. Thanks for posting.
