Twenty-five well-written syllables here. I like your half rhyme of night/life. Your second line is packed full of alliteration: w in welcome , warmth and r in rosy rays. I think you did a fantastic job!

This Naani almost works for me. I like how you capture the MOOD of daybreak and record its effect on all one's senses. But I wish you had maintained the concrete imagery in line four that you have used throughout. I just don't see those "hearts" or whatever has been brought to life. Even a word as simple as "fields" maintains the bigger picture you are trying to create. Rod
