SO TRUE! No comment on your content -- it's spot on.
Your poetic format, however, doesn't need all those commas. To have one at the end of each line just breaks up the poem and makes it harder to read.
Think of the stanza as a line. LIke this:
That person you hate -- Jesus died for them, too, and for not even a moment has Our Risen Savior ever stopped loving you!
Now, without the commas, look at the punctuation. Duplicate that in your post, keeping the lines the way they were. Now it's going to look kind of like this:
That person you hate --
Jesus died for them, too,
and for not even a moment
has Our Risen Savior
ever stopped loving you!

The thing I love about what I know, is the fact that there are no internal differences in human beings, God made both the inside and the outside, but it's the internal life that sets us apart. Hatred is the devil's invention, forgiveness is God's, and the marvellous freedom that God affords is the choice between good and bad, in between is not a good place to be. It takes more energy and time to hate someone just because they are different than it does to meet them halfway and be their friend. When Jesus died on that cross, he died for that person too. You can't hate one person and the next you love. Jesus didn't pick whose sins he died for and which ones he wasn't going to die for so who are we to pick and choose who we will like or love, Great poem!
