Yup some things that you buy can be considered expensive. Thank God there's toilet paper on the shelves again, and bleach and sanitizer. Three most important products other than food.

(Every where s/b everywhere) Wry humor throughout--this is a good outlet for your frustrations! Coronella is vicious but I refuse to live in fear of the witch. Cheers. LIZ

I hope these will be winding down soon, of natural causes, although we are very reticent here in Europe to resume normal life. I know you want them to reflect the funniest of what happens, but talking about the bleach without giving a warning shocked me.

Hi, Iza,

I read through this post and thought it was fun. A few suggestions along the way, but the voice is pleasingly entertaining and the theme is easy to relate to:

My thoughts along the way:

but my account have(has) not improved on the side of liquidities.
(slight typo: suggest you to change to the singular 'has'... or... if you have more than one account.... my accounts have not improved)

like they do it in the hot countries."
(A strong sentiment, nicely phrase)

My dear friend, do you know why I am spending more than before? Well
(I really like that you use the vocative comma.)

steal a toilet paper bag from a guy('s) shopping cart that turned to pick
(suggest adding the possessive here for guy)

- Wear a mask Zorro style... so you can't blame the neighbour that you got Coronella from him. Incognito is better. We live in Canada, so your identity is protected, mother f---er!
(It might be the opposite... wear a zorro mask so your neighbor can't blame you when he gets Coronella, you can still blame him if you get it though... because he's not playing zorro.)

March((.) or and?) it's almost the end of April and nothing so far.
(suggest an and for the continuing sentence... or start a new sentence.)

- Have(Has) any one tried Vodoo? Does it work?
(suggest to use the singular Has over Have here)

every morning, and I am good, praise the Lord.
(funny points all of them)

Nooooooooooo, oh, O.K, if it's for the kitties, fine."
(again, fun humor and entertaining)

So yeah(,) Phill, pay the Bill and we'll( )deal with Coronella's deficit later, or (suggest adding comma and space for the typos)

, but my account have not improved >> my account has not improved

coming bearing gifts: chaos, lay-offs, debt, shortage of food, shortage of cleaning products, guns, panic, >> Love this line. Sad, but trye!

use leaves for that dirty business,>> LOL!

steal a toilet paper bag from a guy shopping cart >> Are you kidding me!? OMG! I've seen just the opposite - people offering to split a big bag of tp so everyone has some. But I got the next-to-last one at WalMart today and felt blessed. A minute later, the last one was gone. Still so crazy!

True about the expiration dates ...

some essentials stuff on Amazon >> Either 'essentials' or 'essential stuff'. Not both. Not sure why, but it's how it is. :)

I have one supplier that is still providing masks for my Etsy store. The one in England shut down due to ... guess ... Coronella, of course! The one in China is literally telling us to let our customers know it will be 5-6 weeks before they can fulfill an oder. I"m not even carrying those in my store now, just the ones from the one lone provider.

" Hey, fellas drinking is baaaaaaaaaaaad, we've ruined our working suit, the fluffy PJ." >> space before 'hey' must go. :)

- Have any one tried Vodoo? >> Lol. 'Has anyone heard'

Does it work?

Phil zombed out. >> Phil zoned out?
lots of suicidal attempts >> suicide attempts >> So yeah, PHil, pay

Yep, it's still nuts. At least here it's hot. Sevral days of triple digits already, well above 100. We're out swimming g in our pool and taking walks, so it's better than being in the cold. SORRY!

Stay safe, my FS friend,
Blessings,
Deb
So yeah Phill,

Ah, yes, the prices of many things have gone up not only in stores but on Amazon as well. It's a strange world. At least, you have your hubby and kitties! Keep them happy.

I think Coronella sounds like a girl's name so I reckon it sounds like something that escaped form Pandora's box. There seems to a lot of remedies for curing Crona, from drinking bleach. (Which I would have thought would be efficient in closing down a body, but would have bleached one's insides,) well done, love your witty and lighthearted articles Iza, good one, blessings Roy

Interesting as usual. Glad you are keeping this diary.

Typos:
"My idea backfired, because I don't spent (spend) money on..."

" I am open a parenthesis here, I order (ordered) some essentials stuff on Amazon at the ..."

"So yeah Phill, pay the Bill and will (we'll) deal with Coronella's deficit later"

This time a really funny episode. A nice part with all the recommended "cures and remedies" Yes, I was shocked when I first heard to drink bleach, and that out of the mouth of the president-clown, but now I can also laugh about that. Amazon...I know what you mean. I ordered some stuff in February. When I still didn't have it at the end of April, I canceled the order. Hope to get my money back.
Iza, I liked this chapter! Hang on and keep safe.

The dry wit and humor takes a dig at the concept of 'we're all in this together; here; we see the shoppers taking toilet paper from someone's cart when he is not looking and the other shoppers just laughing about it. So much for the morals of the hero in our society. The prices are going up, the supplies are going down....just like in communist countries. The moral of the story is, the more the government gets involved, the more screwed up everything becomes. Sure it sounds great to step in and try to right all the wrongs; except that righting one person's wrong steps on somebody else's toes. estory
