I guess that half the fun of this contest is in trying to guess who the author is. Those of us who are tall do have a bit of an advantage when it comes to that swift calculation they do in the doctor's surgery. It sounds as though your short in stature but stand tall in self-deprecating humour - a much better measure of a person!

Yeah, exercise. For a time I subscribed to Robert Maynard Hutchins, President of the University of Chicago when he said upon dropping football- "When I feel the urge to exercise I lie down until it passes." However, I have come to believe his advice was wrong.
