This is such an uplifting piece, like the music you chose to accompany the poem. Life needs to be embraced in such a way that it squeezes out the negative and keeps the positive. Find your passion and hold on to it. Well said.

I love the strict meter you put in every line until the last stanza of your poem. Your rhyming sound natural when I read it loud. Usually you can sense it's awkward when you read it aloud. This is very uplifting , a fit for an Mental Health contest prompt. Well Done.
