Ok so....now I wanna see this body you have lol. Jk. This is great. I love the confidence that exudes from this piece. I work out too but I'm no where near where I want to be yet! I liked this one! Great job!

I have big muscles,
they are muscular, --> [perhaps a different term from 'muscular' as the almost repetition is jarring for the reader...]
of lifting --> from lifting
am in good --> [??] are in good OR I'm in good
in good shape,
I'm in good spirits --> [again, the repetition...]
