Good entry. Know the feeling. When I played basketball. I knew where I was suppose be, but could get there. Not much to say for the so called golden age. Perfect picture.

Lol. I feel ya'! I've never had a back problem (well, not since gymnastic days in the 1970s!) but the garden...ouch! I'm walking kind of like that gal in your photo and poem! lol
