Thank you for bringing back memories about the joy of having pets. When our last dog died, I said "no more"--the loss was just too difficult. Now, I have two fake acquaria, but your scenes with your fish were so much more satisfying--yes, "fishy face...kissy face"! Smiles- Joan

This is a very cute and very well written poem about your goldfish you had as a child. You used great descriptive words and lovely picture of a fish tank. We used to have fish too. I always enjoyed watching them when I would get home from work late at night. It was so relaxing. Thanks for sharing. love and blessings, Teri

Awww! I can imagine you a little girl climbing up to reach the fish food and the delight in seeing the goldfish so happily eating the food you gave. A delightful free verse poem with a cute refrain!

Hi Roy! I'm actually raised to live that way. Maybe, I'm a bit more particular. It's pretty conventional to me. I should be living that lifestyle now. Thank you. God bless you :)
