Marti - this is a lovely ode to Autumn - it sounds like things you love to experience in the Fall. I had to grin, as I notice you're from Florida, and just wondered when you saw these neat things. (smile)
I'm being snarky, aren't i? Just kidding you. You probably grew up somewhere where you did experience a real autumn.
OR... you do what I do a lot - write from your imagination.
Either way, you hit the autumn nail on the head. good job.

Born and raised in Massachusetts (don't hold it against me). I moved to Florida in 2004. Thanks for the great review. My favorite time of year in Florida is winter; it can be like fall in New England minus the apples and leaves.
