Yes... I see it. This is the twisty-turny kind of word play! I like it. We, like poor little moths, really can get burned.
Fake dies for good. I want that to mean that fake dies once and for all. I fear you may mean fake dies in behalf of good...I'm not sure if I agree.

You made an excellent point about false wisdom here. It is true that true wisdom has a life force of its own, and false wisdom, like false prophets, are lost to the sands. Nice write.
