This is hilarious. I can well image these responses being from students. You've included their misspellings and misuse of words as well. It would well be the longest paragraph in the history of English writing. So much crazy imagery like the melting pot cooked to a crisp or no fury like a woman scorched. There are too many fun ones to name. You must have had loads of fun putting this together. Yes, pull the switch on this epitome of erudite electrocution. Greatly enjoyed. judi

Kudos for tackling this! I was ASS-tounded that about HALF of the readers took this at face value--and auto-fived despite being politely perplexed--three readers at the original promotion high-fived it as fine writing (seriously)! Check out the reviews for a laugh! Cheers. LIZ

Six stars for driving me nuts. I began to twitch, my eyes crossed and I got a migraine. I had to stop reading. How could you do this to us. I'm sure the emergency room is full of Fanstorians exhibiting odd symptoms. Good job, Liz!

You certainly entertained this reader! All done in one sentence basically. That took a lot of work. I'm glad you revived it for me to read. Thanks.

I had a blast! I cannot fathom how people took it seriously--I gave it away in the title/subtitle/punchline/notes.

Elizabeth, I have to say I am so thankful my muse if not quite this confusing. You had a lot of rambling and phrases. I am so glad to see you posting again my friend. love and blessings, Teri

Don't worry about not making sense of this satirical monstrosity! This gibberish is meant to be incomprehensible, per notes.

Thanks Teri--I'm no longer an active member, but I can repromote old pieces and read others' work without reviewing--I stop by once a week or so. Are you fully recovered from round#2 of corona? So many have had it twice.

The picture was amazing and I do think I have seen it somewhere, Elizabeth. I am so glad you clarified in your narrative notes, that it was indeed your muse rambling incoherently rather than you. I truly made sense of it, I would say -90%. However, the remainder 10%, I was clueless. Very well done and somewhat enjoyed.

As I confess in the notes, this rambling gibberish is intended to be incomprehensible. You must have contorted your brain trying to construe meaning amidst the madness!

Mmm, there is a little madness in all of us.

This is brilliant. As you read the long run-on sentence, you cannot help but read faster and faster. Admittedly, I needed a dictionary for some words, so it was a learning opportunity!
Take care.

Sorry I missed your last post, Liz. I was away enjoying time with all my children. :) Your idea of putting together the responses of your teachers over the years, to your writing, did create an amusing post, but I really needed to take a breath somewhere in that very run-on sentence! Thanks for sharing your confusion. lol

Actually, they weren't my teachers, and I didn't string anything together--the monstrosity is all mine--it was inspired by my reading compilations of amusingly nonsensical students' work submitted by teachers.

You are brillious Ilz are you feeling ok? One of of my contemporaries would have sworn you have swallowed a dictatorial, er...dictionary. This is brilliant, I can remember friends telling me to speak English, I'm going to get my own back and show them this one! Heh heh, well done, blessings Roy

Again, I've very sorry for not having read this back in 2020. When I first opened it, I thought, "One huge paragraph, no way!!) Then as I read, I realized it's one gigantic run on sentence. Then I read the author's notes. Hmm. LOL It was fun.

Undeniably one of the funniest send ups to all things ungrammatical, run on (and on) and "creeaytyvlea" spelled! I got here late- so had a ton of fun reading the quite serious reviews!

As for me? Nonsensical elevated to a new plane of sub-reality! I do believe I guffawed!
(I always wondered what that felt like!)

Hissssssssterical!

Thanks for slogging through. The serious reviews had me howling! They didn't pick up the hints in the titles and punchline and clearly didn't read the notes.

Not a "slog" at all! A fun romp through well written satire!
