True words here and the small decisions can often make the biggest difference. In my mind I know when I have made a poor decision and wonder why on earth I did it in the first place! Stop and think before you act is a good motto, I enjoyed the sentiments here, love Dolly x

I have to tell you what first struck me when I read this and I read it several times - future footsteps, to me, mean footsteps that are already in the future, so they're already "in" tomorrow. What if you said hopeful footsteps - it would be the same number of syllables? Just a suggestion. It's a lovely poem.
