This poem and theme reminds me of the movie called Never Ending Story. It was about the crisis of imagination. There are some wonderful metaphorical characters in it. The world was losing its wonder. This poem is a good reminder for all to reclaim their wonder. Thank you

I really like how you have brought the heart into the concept of imagination, where most people would write about it being a mental concept. I find that wonder and curiosity are triggered by emotions.

And we all have an imagination even if we say we don't. I work retails, same with my husband, and last night we talked about everything people are making masks out of. People are more inventive than they give themselves credit for. The masks may not work but they're trying to use things I never thought could even work a little bit. Hats off to their creativity levels.
