This eight-word poem, Needed for Insight, has the right word count and sounds off on the need for all sounds off when the mind intends to think deeply.

Writer these are eight of the most powerfulest words that could ever be put together. And they are so true and full of wisdom. I thank you for allowing yourself to be the vessel that put them on paper, these eight words say a lot. It is a challenge to make sense with so few words but you did that!

You are so right about this. We haven't been able to hear ourselves think for a long time, and now we can. Love the photo too - a really nice presentation.

This could be an excellent entry for the contest,
but you need to add two more words.
The contest is eight words, not six.
Otherwise, and excellent adage that many would agree with.
Excellent picture to match.
Good luck in the contest.

Thank you, I guess I am having a problem reading. Corrected to the following: Silence is a much needed catalyst for reflection. Appreciate your help.

I love this 8 word poem for the contest. "Silence is a catalyst for reflection" is a powerful message and so timely. Right now we are experience silence in our lives as we stay at home. A good time to reflect.

Well done.
Blessings and stay well.
Janet

Had to change to "Silence is a much needed catalyst for reflection," to meet the eight word requirement. Guess I have a problem reading the rules. Thanks for your read.

Dear Mystery Writer,

I think your simple message is powerful and true. Sometimes when we find ourselves with a quiet moment - in the shower, in bed late at night, etc -- that's when we find that those rusty wheels in our mind suddenly spring to life. *smile* The problem is there is so much noise around us we rarely get the chance for that beautiful true solitude and quiet time.

Unfortunately, though I think you have a lovely message - you do not have enough words to qualify for the 8-word contest. By my count (twice) you only have six. A quick edit is needed. Good luck!

You are correct. Had to change to "Silence is a much needed catalyst for reflection," to meet the eight word requirement. Guess I have a problem reading the rules or counting, or maybe both. Thanks for your read and making me aware of the requirement.
