I like your use of personification. This draws the reader in. The reader also is invited to reflect upon what effect their kind word have on nice people. This will be motivating people to use more words of kindness. This is very needed at this time. Thank you.

I think of the main reasons I like my therapist is because of her kind voice. It's gentle, even when she's saying things I don't necessarily want to hear. There is just something about a gentle voice and kind words. You did a great job with this :)
