Writer, these kids nowadays don't go for that birds and bees stuff anymore, they go for the real pornographic terminology and they talk the language. And because of the availability to Facebook and all that other stuff everything is out in the open. As a matter of fact they may be able to teach us adults a thing or 2. You meant the guidelines for the contest though. Good job

Some kids do learn about the "birds and bees" too young. I found this lad's reaction amusing. But a syntax problem: a dangling modifier. Your poem makes it seem as if the BOY is doing the explaining. Correct it by saying "While I explained . . ."
