Nice little poem, are they your initials? How lovely to be able to watch them weather over the years. I think you sum up how a lot of us feel....Faded but still here. X

You craved your initials on the bark of the beech tree, today you visit and find the initials are faded but still there; I enjoyed the taletelling, flow of thoughts; well said, well done.
