yes we are fortunate to have creativity to fall back to - if I had the energy I'd like to do painting as part of my creativity. But meanwhile, trying to keep the poetry going.
Nice poem - and very pretty rocks.

A very well-written 5-7-5 trio about getting creative on lockdown is one of the best ways to pass the time that we have too much of. It does something to calm the soul too.

Beautiful! Did you make all those stone magnets? I hope you'll be able to show us where you will sell them. Loved your poems, too, especially the two alliterative ones!

Patterns on pebbles looked like an assorment of chocolate candies to me. A great artwork choice for presentation. Nice poetic work. Good alliterations with w and p words. Good luck :)

You know I give out sixes infrequently, Lisa May, but I'm absolutely charmed by your rhyme, your alliteration, your imagination and your wordplay ("paint and draw ... that's my sketchy plan").

I love the picture, and you're definitely putting your artistic skills to great use. (If you do mail order, I'll be your first customer on those painted rocks.) I wish I had your garden path (and your artistic talent) so I could do what you're doing. Unfortunately, living in an apartment building, when I open my door, all I see is carpeted hallway. It's very hard to paint beautiful pictures on dust bunnies and the occasional moth.

Those rocks are amazing. So glad you have an extra hobby to keep the mind busy. Keeping fingers occupied is very therapeutic. I have knitted two scarves for next winter. The alliteration used helps to get word creative. Well done!

LisaMay, I'm glad almost all your blues have gone away. :) I worked on watches, but most are down south in Brownsville and can't go get them. I have a few pocket watches though that need repair. Got time on my hands. :) Got lots of pretty rocks on the land and in my junk. (I love rocks) Guess, I'll take them out and display the. Thank you for giving me ideas.

Wow. Those pebbles are beautiful. Everything you do, LisaMay, is so creative. Your poetry and manipulation of words. I am sure you love being able to engage in all this, despite the threat.

You have such an artistic mind. I like your "sketchy mind." That's my favorite part of this clever piece. And, your rocks are beautiful. Did you do all of those and display them like that? You have an impressive eye for color.

I love your painted pebbles. I'm not usually fond of them but massed like this, they look lovely. I'm crocheting beanies for prem babies as well as reading more than usual.
